I;m wondering how they can be sure that "Welsh mountain water makes up the majority of our brews! " As I understand it, Brummie water does not necessarily now always come from the elan valley . but also from other sources

If you look at same of the regs on things like water etc. In many cases as long as 51% comes from Wales they can say that.
