Birmingham boxers?

Brian Cartwright raised in Garrets Green Birmingham died age 81 in 2019 his last fight 29th sept 1969.

His obituary says the greatest fighter to come out of Birmingham.
Thanks for that, any mention of his younger brother, Alan? Not sure if he became professional.

Anybody remember the trainers names at The Wilmot Breedon Boxing Club there were two that I remember but one main one, little fellow, great character and trainer, used to train Johnny.

I still know a few who worked at WB when Johnny worked there, it has been suggested that one of the boxing trainers at that time was a guy called Jock Sneden. No idea if this is right, but I pass it on.
