Birmid / BAC canteen food recipe’s

I’ve just joined this blog after relating my love of the Yorkshire pudding, Jam roly poly and Gooseberry pie produced in the Birmid / BAC canteen in Dartmouth Road Smethwick to my wife. Anyone with any recollections of the recipes used for these delights please contact me as my wife who is already a fine cook has not mastered the basics of good canteen food.
