This Mitchell and Kenyon footage was filmed at Edgbaston County Cricket ground in 1902. Narrated by Adrian Chiles, it shows us the various events of Birmingham Athletic Club Festival
Even if you're not an athletics fan it's worth watching. Viv.
 
Really clear film Viv. I noticed all the sticks and string about, in fact one sprinter had to dodge a small flag when he'd finished his race. Wouldn't be allowed today!
