For
Whenever I see you
Whenever your near me
Whenever I feel you breath on my cheek.
Whenever I touch you
Whenever I caress you
Whenever I try to find words I cant speak.
Alas
I find there are no lines to express how I feel
I find there is no salve for the hurt that will not heal
For your going away is more that I can bear as a man
Please my darling do not go I love you as only I can.
But
My mind says I have lost you
My heart said not to trust you
My vanity was over whelmed by your charms
My passion overcame me
My eyes were blind to see
My aching is unbearable, immune to all balms.
Though
I found overwhelming contentment in our love affair
I found life worth living having found someone who cared.
If one thing that I have leaned from our being together
There will be someone out there I can be with forever.
Maybe
Love is not all it is meant to be
Love is blind at times to reality
Love is to remind me of what was but not seen
Love is but an entrapment
Love is full of enjoyment
Love is feelings of what are or could have been
