Accessing Inquest Files From Abroad

I have recently purchased the death certificate for my GG-Aunt. Elizabeth Dix. She was 16 months when she died and was killed in an accident with a lorry at 99 Dudley Road on September 27 1921.

I was able to find a short newspaper mention and both that and the death certificate stated was an inquest held on September 30, 1921 and the coroner was Isac Bradley.

I understand that the files are held at the Birmingham Library Archive and Heritage building and they do not have a copy service. I am wondering if there are any recommendations for a hiring/locating a researcher willing to access and copy this information for me as I am currently in Western Canada.
