A Gallipoli themed tour of the Brandwood End Cemetery (Woodthorpe Road, B1466EQ) Saturday April 22nd 11.00am

Ian Binnie

knowlegable brummie
Hundreds of Brummies went to fight in the ill-fated campaign of World War One. Many never returned. There are eight graves/memorials to Gallipolians, in the cemetery: five to British soldiers and three to Australian servicemen. Biographical information will be given at each grave memorial.

The tour lasts for approximately an hour. It is free but numbers are limited so booking is essential. To book your place contact Ian Binnie via education@gallipoli-association. We recommend firm footwear.
