9/11 U.S.A PRICE of FREEDOM

Reginald.F.Horton

master brummie
The Price of Freedom

Dust clouds settle from the sky
And slowly the darkness fades away
The sun now reveals the terrible scene
On this America's darkest day.

Hearts that are oh so heavy full of grief
Eyes so many that still constantly weep
People they hug each other and embrace
Spiritual healing of love is now taking place.

The Statue of Liberty her hand held high
Telling all of the world we shall not die
The flame of liberty still shining bright
Freedom from terrorism we will fight.

So many souls on their way to heaven
Oh Lord why did so many have to die
Loved ones and friends are left crying
They all want to know the reason why.

Their faith in their God must not be shaken
Innocent lives denied to live free are taken
So prayers to mend hearts so many broken
For the land of liberty now must be spoken.

This crime committed not in religions name
But by fanatics who brings on Muslims shame
They will pay for their acts of transgression
Despised by every world nation in succession.

All nations of the world must unite without fail
Spirituality, love and peace must prevail
To rid the world of terrorism all nations must try
The right to freedom, must be every nations cry.

This poem is dedicated to those people
From all nations who lost their lives in the
World Trade Centre, New York,
11th September 2001

Re: PRICE of FREEDOM

Please say a prayer :smiley6600:  for all those people who did not deserve to die in the 9/11 twin towers disaster
innocent lives taken indiscriminately no chance to defend them selves against an enemy who has no respect for human life wether it be Man,Women or little Children :'(
Do not blame GOD for all of man disgressions only man declares wars and it is only man who can bring peace to this world in turmoil :tickedoff:
Spiritual Light & Love :smitten:
