  • HI folks the server that hosts the site completely died including the Hdd's and backups.
    Luckily i create an offsite backup once a week! this has now been restored so we have lost a few days posts.
    im still fixing things at the moment so bear with me and im still working on all images 90% are fine the others im working on now
    we are now using a backup solution

i always thought that was a joke Viv the flashing headlight.
The light , which has been developed by Rolls Royce Ltd., of Derby , has a power pack contained in a haversack which is carried on the Constables back

I think that might be more modern, as tried by Derby police in 1966.
 
I posted this on another police thread. Seems lamps on helmets were in use in 1916 - a device created by an ambulance driver. Maybe they developed the model. Viv.
