I would say that is a late 50s to early 60s as the handle design was changes to a single one from the looped handle one.
Yes, that date would tie in nicely with what I remember, it belonged to my uncle who owned a bicycle shop in Park Lane, I was born in 1949 and I remember him using it to service the bicycles, I would have been 8 or 9,
 
That would be the pistol or 3300 with the trigger action or the junior with the trigger or lastly the Andy with the lever action I think.
Just went into the garage to find it. I’ll go tomorrow when it’s a little cooler. It warm today and have two cars heating it up!
