Have always been passionate about my heritage. Paternal family Brummie and Maternal Irish imigrants to Birmingham.
Born is Moseley, lived in Highgate (Conybere St), Spark Hill, Spark Brook, Nechells, Small Heath and then Chelmsley Wood before I married in 1978.
Proud of my family history and the lives they led...difficult but that's just how is was.
Grew up on the Bull Ring as my Mom and Grandparents were market traders. The Rag was a magical place growing up.
Proud of my Birmingham roots and love finding out more about my family.
Now a mother of five daughters and 3 soon to be 4 grandchildren.
