    Queens Hotel Stephenson Street

    Going through my ancestry records, I find that my G-dad Edwin Grocutt was head cellarman at this lovely hotel in 1890. He was from a family of publicans. His father was the licensee of the Dog and Partridge 47 Ellis Street plus a few others

    My G grandad was a publican in Birmingham, 26 Canal st I was led to believe this was The Malt shovel, does any know if this is right and are there any pics
