    My late father in law was a rate fixer at Fisher and Ludlow. Harry Robinson. He retired about 1976.

    Aston Pictures

    The first picture I have seen of Phillips Street. Does anyone know of a company by the name of Washbourne that was there until the late 1940's early '50's? I believe it was burnt down, possibly with fatalities
