    Parachute manufacture in Birmingham during WW2

    My mom worked making parachutes in Birmingham during WW2. I can't ask her unfortunately to confirm but I think she worked for a company called Ollard, Westcombe & Company

    Lost streets of birmingham

    What was Willis Street is now primarily Duddeston Manor Road off of Vauxhall Road just to the side of Willow House which is opposite Erskine Street.
