  • HI folks the server that hosts the site completely died including the Hdd's and backups.
    Luckily i create an offsite backup once a week! this has now been restored so we have lost a few days posts.
    im still fixing things at the moment so bear with me and im still working on all images 90% are fine the others im working on now
    we are now using a backup solution

    Finding this site promted my to dig out the only picture I have. It's from the TV Times 1965 and is to do with Speed Skating from Silver Blades featured on World of Sport introduced by Eamonn Andrews.

    Hi Old Mohawk. I too did the same, but broke my ankle in the Club 1/4 mile Champs on the Wednesday before the National One Mile Champs. The British 1 mile was won by my brother Eric, and In the club Champs, I was racing against my other brother Brian. So can you guess who I am?
