  • HI folks the server that hosts the site completely died including the Hdd's and backups.
    Luckily i create an offsite backup once a week! this has now been restored so we have lost a few days posts.
    im still fixing things at the moment so bear with me and im still working on all images 90% are fine the others im working on now
    we are now using a backup solution

    Hi. Sorry I missed his name off. He was William Swift and was there in 1873. I'm ashamed to say I don't really know Birmingham too well - I was born in Walsall so not a million miles away

    Hi My ggg grandfather was a tailor at 13 & 18 Waterloo Street in 1800s. Does anyone know if this would have been a business address or would he have been working from home? His son (also William) and his son(Joseph) continued in the same trade. Thank you
