members can only edit their posts not delete them..only admin and moderators have the facility do that...if you have a problem with posts you have made let us know we maybe able to help...

You cannot yourself do it.But you can ask a moderator to do so

I just write content deleted. Only time I’ve needed to do this is when I’ve included personal information.

The only word you need to post is "Deleted" and save it. If the mods see the post they will delete it in its entireity.
