Sid Field's wife/children

tali

master brummie
Don't know if this is right place to post it.
But does anyone have any info on Sid Field's wife and 3 kids (are they alive or deceased?).There seems to be virtually no info after Sid's death. In fact IMDB list his wife asConstance Dawkins (? )
so they are not even sure of his wife's name . Has Sid any other surviving relatives?
Thanks

Not sure if this is correct or not but I met a woman some many years ago who claimed to be Sid's daughter. She had opened a shop in Warwick called 'Present Days' with [later] a branch in Leamington.

The shop in Warwick (and maybe the one on Leamington also) still exists but I have no idea if it is still in the same family but I am sure that they might be able to help.

You will find it in Swan Street Warwick - all the best.

Thanks -yes shop exsists - but at a bit of a dead end (as yet) because it has 2 registered offices up in Yorkshire
