Is there anyone that has time and would be kind enough to check to see if there is a baptism record for me please?

I am looking for a baptism record of a William Henry Cox after May 1845, he was born the 6 May 1845, possibly in the parish of St Thomas Birmingham, the mother is stated as being a Caroline Cox, the address may be Bell Barn Road, as per birth certificate. I am interested to know of all the information that is give in this baptism record if there is one.

Many thanks for any help.:)
