Does anyone have memories and photographs of Ward End Hall and the surrounding grounds after the war, and before the new estate was built by Wimpey's ( my first job ) - when we used its ruins to play in and on, damming Washbrook, collecting beechnuts and riding bikes round and round the bomb craters that dotted the grounds - obviously made by bombs that were aimed at the Wolseley works in Drews Lane
