  • HI folks the server that hosts the site completely died including the Hdd's and backups.
    Luckily i create an offsite backup once a week! this has now been restored so we have lost a few days posts.
    im still fixing things at the moment so bear with me and im still working on all images 90% are fine the others im working on now
    we are now using a backup solution

Looking for old friend Dereck Gardner and ex wife Mary who lived in Village Road in 60's they had twin girls Julie and Jane lovely ginger hair the girls had would love to contact them we all used to go to TA barrakcs in Kingstanding Rd
 
Hi Gladi were they related to Maurice and Jeff Gardner who too had lovely ginger hair. If so anwer on here and I may be able to put you in touch with Jeff?. I lived in Holte road. The Gardner family used to have a caravan on Bank Farm amy years ago. Kind regards. Jean.
 
New Dereck from Station rd school was a first class goalkeeper he played in the school team along with myself ,johny Poynton ,Brian Roberts out of Village rd

Last time i saw Dereck was in Tesco Beggers Bush he was self employed builder / carpenter and lived opposite the Parson And Clark .

Thank you for reply he did have a brother Maurice and another brother cannot remember his name but Maurice is worth a try.if you have an address phone no I would be pleased
 
Thank you for reply How long ago was this and you wouldnt have the address he live's at or a phone number, if you do see him again tell him Jeff and Gladys Thorpe were asking for him we live on the Isle of Wight and would love to get in touch thanks.
 
Gladi have you tried face book?. I will have a search round on there for you. Jeff Gardener is a top ten pin bowler and was based at Acocks Green Bowl.
