Harris & Sheldon Ltd at Stafford Street Birmingham in 1908 according to Grace’s Guide’This looks like it was a classy shop. I don’t remember it at all. It was near Christchurch Passage. These are from a 1930s catalogue. Very surprised to find the building’s still there, but the ground floor has been modernised. Viv.

Could be a Rowan tree?On one of the earlier interior photos there’s an interesting crest above the door. Shows, I think, a bird, a tree and a fish. Maybe Rowan’s roots were in hunting, shooting and fishing clothing. Viv.
