1873 Payne Richard, upholsterer, 13 Hurst street

1873 Payne Thomas, chair manufacturer & furniture broker, 113½ Coleshill st & 128 Lancaster St

1873 Payne Mrs Jane & Son (Edward), cabinet makers and upholsterers, 36½ Parade

1873 Payne Mrs Louisa, french plshr. & furn. brkr. 2 Bath psg

1873 Payne Richard, furniture broker., Alma street, Aston
1876-78 Payne Richard, furniture broker, Brook house. Hunter’s lane

1879 Payne, Richard, furniture broker, Brook house. 81 Hunter’s lane (which I think is the same as Brook House)


1880-84 Payne, Richard, furniture broker, Brook house. 80 Hunter’s lane (again I am pretty sure it is the same building.)

1888-90 Payne, Richard, furniture broker, Brook house. 82 Hunter’s lane (again I am pretty sure it is the same building)

1890-92 Payne, Richard, upholsterer 3 Bath Passage

1895-1921 Payne Richard, wardrobe dealer 302 New John St West (by 1932 no 302 is not listed and Richard has gone)

1895 Payne, Annie (Mrs) upholsterer, 43 Sherlock St

1904-05 Payne Annie (Miss), furniture dealer, 243 Ladypool road, Sparkbrook
