  • HI folks the server that hosts the site completely died including the Hdd's and backups.
    Luckily i create an offsite backup once a week! this has now been restored so we have lost a few days posts.
    im still fixing things at the moment so bear with me and im still working on all images 90% are fine the others im working on now
    we are now using a backup solution

Help with word on death certificate

Hi all

Could you help with a word on my Great Grandmothers death certificate.
I. a cerebral haemorrhage
2 Cardiac failure
Then can see certified by etc

But can't read the word underneath cardiac failure

I have tried everything to find out what it says. I am a nurse too and read bad writing all the time but this has me stumped ha ha

Difficult to make anything out of it.

At first I thought it was just one word beginning something i o, now I think it may be 2 words, first word No.
