Help to find a road.....please

Hi and hopefully someone will put me out of my misery.
Researching family tree and my Grandad Whitehouse in 1939 census is coming up as living at 160 Cohted Row.....
I've searched and searched but cannot find said address....is/was there such a place?

I've looked in my 6/- (30p) A-Z, but cant see an Cohted Row.

The spelling looks strange.

It is a very badly written Ashted Row.
His entry is on page 3 but writing much clearer on page 2

It's 160 Ashted Row....apparently Grandad ran an electric cooker shop there.
