    Thanks for your post. I went there because we had moved to Acocks Green and it was winter with snow on the ground so my mom thought St Mary's would be more convenient. My dad was a Birmingham City supporter but sorry to say I've never heard of Gil Merrick.

    Hello, I am looking for people who went to the above school located in Broad Road and affiliated to St Mary's Church on Warwick Road. The school closed down in 1978. I was a pupil there from 1966-1970. Would love to hear from former pupils.
