  • HI folks the server that hosts the site completely died including the Hdd's and backups.
    Luckily i create an offsite backup once a week! this has now been restored so we have lost a few days posts.
    im still fixing things at the moment so bear with me and im still working on all images 90% are fine the others im working on now
    we are now using a backup solution

I haven't had to ask on here for a while so I must be getting something right .For the last couple of days my e.mail wont send they are stuck in the OUT BOX.I am on Microsoft Outlook have been for ever, I don't think I have altered anything. Tiscali is my main mail, I also have sky mail too which has changed to yahoo. Any idea's???????????????????//Thanks Patty :sorrow:
 
It could be that Outlook is no longer your default mail so you need to check your settings.

It is receiving post though Bernie I still use my Tiscali mail address as the main one, when you get time you will have to talk me through the checks please
 
Its is saying error 0x800CCC78 verify the e-mail address in your account properties the server respond 553 from address not verified
 
Patty, log on to your internet service provider with your user name and pass word making sure the remember me box is ticked then try and receive and send your e-mails.
 
Thanks I will print that out and digest it properly before having a go. Only just seen this Paul, sent you an IM on F.book.
 
Got to find somewhere to put this, my email address has been changed and I need to notify you as Talktalk cannot explain why I cannot log into the account I have been using for years. I have tried on the contact you bar, but if I have no account you wont get it. How do I notify you?
