  • HI folks the server that hosts the site completely died including the Hdd's and backups.
    Luckily i create an offsite backup once a week! this has now been restored so we have lost a few days posts.
    im still fixing things at the moment so bear with me and im still working on all images 90% are fine the others im working on now
    we are now using a backup solution

In Kings Heath That Began in 1811. later The Same Workmen Uncovered
Another Container That Held More Papers And a Silver Queen Victoria
Diamond Jubilee medal All Dated 1887

Am I right in thinking that the Baptist Church, mentioned above, is the one just up from Poplar Rd,, on the other side of the High St. ?
When I was at Wheelers Lane school, in the 50s, we had to go to an annexe in that church.
That's a fascinating article, Alan.

Yes that's the church and the Annex is down the rear ,even today it is a very popular church
With parish coming all through the day
There is plenty of activity going on at all times
They also do the spiritual meeting of folks with well known spiritual readings
And that within its self as a big following
Its good to know that this church as not become dedicated like most churches of today
